Where are you located?
We are located in the West-Island of Montreal. This does not mean we only service this area but we are able to offer services even OUT-OF-PROVINCE due to the REMOTE SUPPORT tools and services we use.
Do we discount for Non-Profit Organizations?
We offer reduced rates for our Non-Profit clients. These are negotiate per client basis.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
Generally initial consultation is free unless it involves a technical consultation/site survey at which point it can be discussed on case by case basis prior to the meeting.
Can you help with cabling or office moves?
Absolutely, we will move your equipment and have partners that will complete any cabling request as per our specification. We are especially glad to revise your new office plans before signing a new lease. Then we can plan your IT needs ahead of the move and potentially give you some leverage with negotiating your lease.
Is there anything you don’t do?
We don’t do software or web development but we can help you find qualified partners that do.
